    向钢,教授、博士生导师,物理学院副院长。兰州大学学士(1998)、硕士(2001),美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学博士(2006)。长期从事半导体物理、磁学及相关材料与器件的研究,在高质量半导体晶体、半导体自旋电子材料和二维磁性材料的生长、相关器件的制备和物理性质的研究方面做了一些工作。主持国家重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划等纵向和横向项目10余项,总经费2000余万元。已发表SCI论文100余篇,H因子28;申请国家发明专利12项,其中获批8项、转化1项。主编《热学》,并入选科学出版社普通高等教育“十三五”和“十四五”规划教材。曾入选教育部新世纪优秀人才、四川省学术与技术带头人和四川省高层次人才,获四川省青年科技奖和唐立新教学名师奖。研究工作曾获2020年中国半导体十大研究进展提名奖。

    2.高质量半导体晶体材料及器件的制备与物性研究;

    3.磁电功能材料及其器件的设计、制备与物性研究;
