报告题目：Pairing symmetry and Sign change in Iron-Based Superconductors

报告摘要： Pairing symmetries in iron-based superconductors remain elusive. In this talk, I discuss possible pairing symmetries and sign changes in iron-based superconductors. While many experiments have pointed to a s-wave like pairing symmetry becaues of lacking of symmetry-protected nodes along high symmetry lines, there are accumulative evidence suggesting that the sign change of pairing order parameters on Fermi surfaces exist. I will review results from both weak pairing and strong pairing viewpoints on this issue. In particular, I discuss the recent development on understanding the new pairing channel, the odd parity pairing channel or the η-pairing due to the intrinsic two iron unit cell.

报告人简介：胡江平, 1994年北京大学获得学士学位，1997年中科院理论物理所获得硕士学位，2002年获美国斯坦福大学理学博士学位。2002-2004年在加州大学洛杉矶分校做博士后研究. 2004-2008 年为普渡大学物理系助理教授，2009年为普渡大学副教授。现为中科院物理所研究员。主要研究方向为强关联电子系统理论（包括铜氧化物超导材料的理论，低维量子强关联系统，量子霍尔效应）及铁基超导体的物性和机理等. 发表学术论文130余篇，其中 Science(1篇）, Nature系列 (Phys., Mat., Comm.)（8篇），《物理评论快报》和物理评论X (PRL&PRX) 28篇，总他引次数超过5000次。H-index: 38。 多次被邀请在重要国际会议上作邀请报告。
